Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

Order will be delivered in 3-6 business days from the date of the purchase. Please note that the order delivery time is subjected to delivery risks and can result in delays. Aruvi eco will not be liable for any delays in order delivery. Nevertheless, Aruvi eco will maintain constant and concise communication on the order status in case of any divergences from the estimated timelines.


2. Shipping Methods:

We offer free shipping options applicable to states and UTs inside India. For shipping outside India, please contact 9047738198.


3. Tracking:

Upon shipment, a tracking number will be provided to you via email, allowing you to monitor the progress of your order.


4. International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to various countries. Please note that shipping times and fees are different for international orders. The order processing time for international shipping is 15 days from the date of the purchase.


5. Shipping Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Aruvi Eco is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Cancellation Policy

At Aruvi Eco, customer satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review the details below to understand our cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation

  • Time Frame: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the item has been shipped, whichever comes first.
  • How to Cancel: To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible at aruvieco@gmail.com or call us at 9047738198. Provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
  • Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is received, we will confirm the cancellation via email and process any applicable refund within 5–7 business days.

Orders That Cannot Be Cancelled

  • If the item has already been processed for shipping or has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • In such cases, you may wait for the product to arrive and then initiate a return or exchange in accordance with our Return Policy.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
  • Refunds may take up to 5–7 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Aruvi Eco. If you encounter any issues or have a change of heart, here's what you need to know:


1. Eligibility:

 To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


2. Timeframe:

 You may request a return or exchange within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.


3. Return Process:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our Customer Care team at aruvieco@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide further instructions.


4. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the item received was incorrect or damaged.


5. Refunds and Exchanges:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any return shipping costs incurred.
